A couple of main features that I would like to point out:

• Loading and ejecting discs is so quick and easy. You can literally watch another movie in less than two seconds. Only a fraction of the time it usually takes if you have a regular single disc player.
•  The picture quality is absolutely amazing. It’s so clear and the images are so vibrant; it makes watching movies so much more enjoyable.
•  It’s easy to set up and use. I just took a quick scan of the instruction manual before I experimented with the unit. Setting up the menus and navigating through the different features was not at all difficult. Actually, I think the most difficult (and tedious) part of the whole set up process was just loading the discs. And I only have about 220, what more if you had all 400.

Overall, the Sony BDP-CX7000ES delivers in every single aspect when it comes to providing excellent quality, convenience and performance. Like I said, what’s not to like about this unit? And it also comes with a 5 year limited warranty on all parts and labor. So if anything were to go wrong, then Sony fixes it for free. I’ve had mine for just over a month, and so far so good.

The Ultimate All In One Blu Ray Player

I remember those days when we had about a dozen types of players on our entertainment center. Every shelf was filled with all sorts of electronics; there was a VCR (we still hadn’t gotten rid of it), a DVD player, a Blu-Ray disc player, a CD player, a stereo, a cable box, and anything else you can imagine that comes in the form of a rectangular prism. Wanna Watch 3D Movies? No Problem!

The Marantz UD5005 has a ton of great features that makes it the perfect player. I’m also able to watch some of my favorite movies in 3D. It’s just like watching in the theaters but I’m in the comforts of my own home; which makes it even better. Not only does it have the capability to play Blu-Rays, but also regular DVDs. It does an absolute splendid job converting the DVD pictures into HD quality. The images are clearer, bright and more detailed on the Marantz player. Even though Blu-Rays are far more superior to DVDs, I like that I have the option of being able to watch the DVDs on my Blu-Ray player. Not to mention; converting all my movies in to Blu-Ray will take time and money that I’m not willing to spend at this moment.

In addition to producing awesome images and pictures, the Marantz can also play CDs of any variety; regular music CD, a copied or burned CD, an image CD, etc. And it has one of the most incredible sound productions I’ve ever experienced. It’s so crisp and crystal clear; you can literally hear everything. Everything but background noise that is, which is also a good thing. When I hooked it up to my speakers, it really enhanced the quality of the surround sound. Definitely a great feature to have, especially when playing soft background music during parties or dinners with friends and families.

A Very Affordable Sony Blu Ray Player

I was looking for the best Blu-Ray player to give my aunt for her birthday. Since she has only recently joined the bandwagon of Blu-Ray viewers and still has a lot of DVDs in her movie library, a player that can accommodate both types of discs would be preferable. Also I didn’t want to get her something too high tech or complicated to use. Something simple and basic would be fine, but added features such as internet video streaming, ability to access popular apps such as Netflix and a good audio production would also be great.

The Perfect Blu Ray Player For My Wallet And Needs

I came across the Sony BDP S185 Blu-Ray disc player and immediately knew that it was the right one. First and foremost, what got my attention was the price. • It doesn’t take up as much power as a traditional DVD player. Even though she watches more movies more often now than before, her electric bill has gone up at all. It was actually lower this past month. I told her it was because that the Sony was Energy Star Compliant which makes it more energy efficient.

A Super Fast Booting Blu-ray Disc Player

Sometimes you just want a Blu-ray disc player that does just that, play Blu-ray discs. A couple of models out there that have a whole bunch of features that you’ll probably never use, or can’t figure out how to use; which can be a little intimidating for someone who’s just starting out. That’s why I like the Panasonic DMP BD75 Blu-ray disc player.

A High Quality And Dependable Blu Ray Player

If you’re looking for a quality and dependable Blu-ray disc player, then look no further than a Panasonic DMP BD75. It has all the basic features of a Blu-ray disc player plus it’s compatible with DVDs. I’ve had this player for a couple of months now and I’ve never had a problem with it. There’s no freezing, no glitches and no stuck discs. Our old Blu-ray player didn’t even last a whole two months before it started to experience all those problems. Super Fast Booting

One of the best things about this player would have to be its fast booting and start up. I’ve never experienced a player that can load movies in so quickly. You won’t even have time to pop the popcorn or use the bathroom once you put in the disc, before the movie starts to play. So you better do all that stuff beforehand. I also like how simple it is using the remote control cursor when it comes to navigating and choosing different menu options.

Picture Quality Is Amazing!

The picture quality you get with the Panasonic is amazing. It’s so clear and very detailed; the images are definitely high definition and even with our DVDs. It does a great job converting DVD images into high definition picture. The fact that this player is also compatible for streaming movies, shows and other content is a great bonus. Although we’ve yet to use it, it’s good to know that if we ever wanted to try it we can.

A Good and Inexpensive Blu Ray Player

I have been thinking of giving up my current Blu-ray player whose main function is to merely spin discs. And only that for quite some time now. In my research, I came across this intriguing BD player from Panasonic, the DMP-BDT220.

You won’t notice any difference in the design of the Panasonic DMP-BDT220 compared to the other brands. The player’s design followed what have been popular with the others, having the full width of 430mm and the 185mm half-depth. But cosmetically speaking, the flap which hides its loading tray, its USB port and SD card reader mounted on the front for media playback is ingenious. And with the player’s back portion, you can find its HDMI, optical digital video and audio outputs.

I have been having a good time exploring the VIERA Connect feature of the Panasonic DMP-BDT220. It’s this online portal that includes Amazon Streaming, Hulu, and Netflix which have a dedicated button on its remote control. Aside from those three, the deck’s online portal also offers Youtube, BBC iPlayer, CNBC, Euronews, Dailymotion, Ustream, Aupeo!, and Shoutcast. Not only that, with this player there is also Skype, Twitter and Facebook clients, and you can find more on the VIERA.

For the disc popping aspect, I experimented with feeding it with DVD-R, DVD+R DL discs, +RW and –RW rewritables, CD and CD-RWs, and of course of the BD-RE and BD-Rs, and they all worked with this player. I have also tried using a USB disk and I did not have a problem playing my video files in MOV, AVI, MP4 and even MKV formats. Yes, it won’t disappoint you with lacking codecs. Both the video and audio worked great. And The speed is incredible.

For popping in JAVA rich Blu-rays, it will just take less than a minute to load, from the time of loading it into the tray to having it on the screen. Though there are some disc’s which I think might not be that challenging enough for it only took less than 30 seconds to load.

And if you want to personalized your home viewing experience, this player lets you customize your homepage and it has even a multi-user mode for other users customization. Other surprises that this player have is that you can run it not just with the use of a remote control – there is also an app that will let you run things with your player through your tablet or even better through your phone.

As for my viewing experience so far, the colors have been great and the texture is just great. I guess that is due to the Panasonic DMP-BDT220′s Adaptive Chroma Processing. One Of The Best LG Blu Ray Players

Two weeks back, when I started using the LG BD550 blu ray player, I did not know how satisfying it would make my visual experiences to be. Among the other entry-level blu ray players in the market, I am kind of inclined to this LG model because of the stunning graphics rendering and catchy user interfaces. In addition, the cost was a whopping 100$ less than the step-up models that just had just Wi-Fi as an extra feature and the visual rendering is virtually the same as this one. The design is almost similar to the advanced model – BD570, although the major difference lies in the front panel cover. The BD570 model players had one complete flip-down door whereas the 550s are split into 3 compartments – disc tray on the left most, eject and power buttons in the centre and a flip down door for the right panel buttons. This design looks unique and neat. I could not think of a better remote that I got acquainted with much quicker than that of this. I almost never had problems in finding the buttons without even seeing them. The single USB port is useful for me to quickly view my photos and videos anytime.

The User Interface Is Pretty Good

Although the user interface is not as easy as one of its predecessors BD390, it still stands apart and solves the purpose. The home screen just portrays the high level options like photos, videos and the most interesting one- Netcast. The video streaming services are sorted under the Netcast option because the home screen could not fit in all the available features. All the services under Netcast are above par and especially Netflix streaming is really fast and crystal clear.

Exceptional Netflix Streaming

Finally, it is good to see that at least one player could provide exceptional Netflix streaming.  – Because of this feature LG BD550 is listed as the second best Blu Ray Player With Netflix 2012. -  YouTube is another interesting feature to stream videos by connecting the blu ray player to the internet cable. It is very exciting to note that the default output of the player is 1080i and there is no need to reconfigure the settings. Vudu is another major addition to the media streaming services in the LG players, which is similar to the Netflix pay-per-view movie viewing concept. Being an entry level blu ray player, the 550 lacks Wi-Fi feature which can be accepted considering the other features like rich online media streaming services.

Blu Ray And Image Rendering Quality

The main pride of the BD550 player is its blu ray and image rendering quality for a basic level player division. The HD movie experience on my BD550 made me feel that this should be the way to watch my favourite movies in high definition. As the manufacturer claims, there is a notable increase in the clarity of DVD images due to “DVD up-scaling”. Another addition to the merits is the real Dolby DTS effect that almost sinks you into the movies. The most pulling factor that I noticed of this player in comparison to the others is the disc load and streaming speeds. It is really quick and sometimes the load time is lesser than other upper models of LG. Even the boot up time for the player is noticeably low and the player seems to be ready before I could return back to my couch.

Play Streaming Content

One of the best features that the Samsung BD-C5500 Blu-ray Disc Player offers its user is the ability it has to play streaming content. I personally love the Netflix service it offers and has much better quality than if you were to stream a Netflix move directly from your computer.  By the way Samsung BD-C5500 has been voted one of the Best Blu Ray Players With Netflix 2012. – Pandora is another streaming service that I use quite often and the audio quality is actually pretty amazing especially since the player uses Dolby True HD. One major complaint I have with Blu-Ray players is the long buffer times, but with the Samsung BD-C5500 Blu-ray Disc Player the buffering seems to be almost non-existent or at least very unnoticeable. As far as the actually player goes it is one of the better players I have ever used and for a number of reasons. The first is the load time which has aggravated me in the past, but this Blu-Ray player has an ultra-fast load time. If you have a lot of standard DVD movies than you will be happy to know that the picture quality actually comes pretty close to high definition. When playing an actual Blu-Ray movie the picture quality was superb and the audio was just as fantastic.
